Hip replacement surgery is something a number of people will have to contend with at some point in their life. In addition to this, the patients are exposed to unnecessary risks such as getting infections, nerve damage, misalignment of the components and severe swelling that accompanies all major surgeries. The people affected by the DePuy hip recall are advised to seek legal counsel so as to protect their rights and also to ensure that they get suitable compensation for the ordeal they have been put through. Although this may not make the experience less painful, it does not hurt to have a compensation package.
